This model is a multi-wave one-time fully metal bellow forming machine designed for special waveforms. Using emulsion as the drum wave medium, using the principle of high-pressure hydraulic bulging, equipped with an advanced hydroforming system and special forming molds, through PLC control, the gap between the molds is automatically separated, and the stainless steel tube blank is fully automatically processed and formed at one time. Single operation, one-time forming, fast speed and high efficiency. It takes about 50 seconds to form a workpiece, and 800 pieces can be produced in shifts.
